Non-negotiable skills set, competencies and / or qualifications:_

• 1) Managing stock and bank exposure for all international trade and expense vendors,_
• 2) Review of contracts with vendor terms,_
• 3) Review of order and stock levels to ensure we order correct quantities (no over ordering, avoid dormant stock, review sales activity),_
• 4) Review intended foreign exposure in rates (spot vs hedging),_
• 5) Review charges on GTS system (system that handles the stock inflow),_
• 6) Evaluate quality of stock receipts (under receipts, recovery of shorts),_
• 7) Improving on derivative instruments to settle (letters of credit etc),_
• 8) Review reconciliation and payment process,_
• 9) Liaise with suppliers and resolve disputes,_
• 1) Experience in the shipping environment,_
• 2) Will have to manage two clerks and operate in a diverse culture,_
• 3) Must be selfstarter,_

Salary:
R25, R35,000.00 per month
