Responsibilities:
- Treasury – ensuring sufficient cash is available to meet operational needs
- Cashflow forecasting
- Oversee Monthly Payroll Journal and process payments
- Monitor, reconciliation and confirmation of Inter-company loan accounts
- Oversee the completion of relevant balance sheet recons (Debtors' Book, Bank Reconciliations, Suspense Accounts)
- Systems Administration – Responsible for allocation and mapping of all new transactions
- Be the Main Pastel Administrator – responsible for maintaining the chart of accounts, setting up of new users and the year-end roll-over process
- Lead and guide a small team
Requirements: - Accounting or Finance degree
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Computer experience: Pastel
- Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong planning, organizing, scheduling, and objective setting
