    Description

    The Vine Partners seeks a detail-oriented Financial Transactions Coordinator to assist in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date accounting records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and producing financial reports.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate financial records
    • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transactions are recorded correctly
    • Stay current with accounting principles and regulations
    • Assist with onboarding processes when needed
    • Support secretarial duties and ensure client compliance
    • Handle necessary requirements to maintain compliance with SARS

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in Xero Accounting (experience with Sage and Pastel Partner is advantageous)
    • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally in the consultancy industry
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
    • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
    • Meticulous, proactive, and hardworking
    • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong customer service skills and client communication abilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, especially with a high volume of clients handled monthly
