    Job Title: Stock Controller/ Administrator

    Purpose of the Job:
    Ensure all documentation related to the purchasing and sale of vehicles is in order. Achieve branch profit by ensuring accurate stock management, monitoring insurers' stock levels, and implementing efficient processes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage vehicle stock levels, maintaining legitimate documentation and adhering to 45-day storage limit.
    • Monitor unallocated stock daily and ensure timely stocking of incoming vehicles.
    • Implement internal controls for auction days and entire processes.
    • Optimize Salesforce, administration processes, registration of vehicles, Phone Pro, AN System, and Phone App efficiency.
    • Handle customer complaints and queries regarding registration papers.

    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Oversee accurate completion of receiving, uploading, and handling eNatis documents.
    • Manage code change queries, incomplete/inaccurate vehicle papers, clearance processes, and insured values for auctions.
    • Prepare stock take reports, escalate missing units, and retain stock takes for auditing purposes.
    • Send monthly Stock in Bond reports to Insurance companies and provide required reports.

    Customer Service Focus:
    • Attend to customer, branch, and insurance company queries and complaints immediately.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to Management and maintain customer complaints from Telesure and other insurers.
    • Provide setup and training for new insurance companies on the AN system.

    Human Resources Management:
    • Develop an enabling culture, high staff retention through mentoring, drive performance management, and provide training and development for succession.
    • Conduct annual performance appraisals and contribute to developing a high-performing team.

    Key Relationships:
    Internal - All branches and staff. External - Insurance companies & clients.

    Critical Experience:
    Knowledge of eNatis system, 5 years in an admin management capacity, and knowledge of salvage/insurance beneficial.

    Minimum Education:
    Tertiary qualification ideal.

    Technical Knowledge Required:
    Microsoft (all suites) - Advanced.
    Salary: $60,000 per annum.
