Join a young and dynamic team of professionals.We are looking for front office admin / Office Manager assistant.
Will deal with walk in clients, answering calls, quotes, invoicing, dealing with supplier purchase orders and invoices, booking in jobs, stock, running errands and general admin duties.
Office admin experience
Hobby/ passionate/ has experience with cycling a bonus
Bookkeeping experience a bonus (will be using accounting software and CRMs on a daily basis)
Professional appearance and behavior
Organized
Can take initiative

Team player
Can cope in a high-pressure environment
Energetic

Own Vehicle
NB* Can work well under pressure
Computer literate
English speaking
Based in North Riding, Johannesburg
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
R8, R10,000.00 per month
