Position Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative support functions such as Enterprise Resource Planning, organizing and training of staff on behalf of manager on ERP, high level planning of special projects and administrative functions, administrating and organizing the diaries of the Strategic Technology & Special Projects Manager, as well as the Quality Manager; answer and re-direct incoming calls, compile training documents, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
The Administrative Assistant requires a high degree of independent judgement and good people skills, be able to work independently and very efficiently without management supervision.
Key Accountabilities:
- Diary and Time management
- ERP Management
- Special Project coordination
- Administrative Support
- Compliance with the company's Quality System, brand, methodology.
- Periodic Reporting as required.
- Adhere to the delegation of authority as per company policy.
- Undertake all activities as per the required standards, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma in Office Management or similar
- Certificate in Project Management will serve as an advantage.
Skills / Attributes / Competencies:
- Alignment with Deltamune's values and culture
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Selfstarter and be able to effectively work with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas and graphs)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong analytical skills
Special working conditions:
- Able to work flexihours and overtime (including weekends and public holidays)
