    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Lead to join our team at Standard Bank Group. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of Costing and Recoveries processes, models, and controls in the finance area.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement Costing and Recoveries processes and models.
    2. Lead teams to provide full Costing and Recoveries services to various areas in the bank.
    3. Establish and maintain effective controls in the finance area.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Qualifications include a First Degree in Business Commerce or Mathematical Sciences. Relevant experience in general banking, finance, and cost management is required.
