Responsibilities:
  • Query receipt and resolution
  • Call management
  • Customer service
  • Attend to telephone queries from clients
  • Attend to all adhoc tasks when required
  • Check that all documents required for the claim are on the claim file
  • Request outstanding documentation from the client
  • Attach documents to the claim
  • Update UW on device detail changes
  • Data maintenance ensuring system data remains updated and relevant

Requirements:


  • Grade 12/NQF 12 years' experience in grail and policy wording
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Well versed in business English (written and verbal)
  • Communicates clearly and reasons logically
  • Customer service

  • Prioritises, followup and orders work in a methodical manner
