Responsibilities:

Query receipt and resolution
Call management
Customer service
Attend to telephone queries from clients
Attend to all adhoc tasks when required
Check that all documents required for the claim are on the claim file
Request outstanding documentation from the client
Attach documents to the claim
Update UW on device detail changes
Data maintenance ensuring system data remains updated and relevant

Requirements:

Grade 12/NQF 12 years' experience in grail and policy wording
Basic computer skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Well versed in business English (written and verbal)
Communicates clearly and reasons logically
Customer service
