    Description

    As a Junior IT Technician, your main task is to provide technical support to end-users, helping them with any hardware, software, or network issues they may face in their daily work.



    Main Responsibilities:
    • Assist in setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, both on-site and remotely
    • Diagnose and solve problems, keeping detailed records of the issues and solutions provided
    • Seek approval for hardware replacements, conduct replacements when necessary, and ensure proper functionality
    • Troubleshoot network problems, implement solutions, and monitor progress
    • Install new hardware and software as requested
    • Maintain and manage IT assets and infrastructure according to procedures
    • Conduct risk assessments before tasks, maintain tools properly, and perform housekeeping duties
    • Follow waste management procedures and conduct routine maintenance and upgrades
    • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and manage user accounts within the system
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to solve complex issues and enhance system performance
    • Maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure data integrity
    • Stay updated on IT advancements and provide training to end-users on IT tools
    • Adhere to IT policies and security protocols to safeguard data and ensure compliance
    Minimum Requirements:
    • IT Diploma/Degree
    • 3 years of experience in Desktop Technician Level 1 / Lan/Wan Management
    • Familiarity with biometric software and ERP systems
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
