Enrolled Nurse (ICU, Trauma, Surgery and Medical Wards)

Our client, a private hospital based in Cape Town is currently recruiting for Enrolled Nurses in various wards for permanent placement.

The enrolled nurse will be responsible for the assessment, care and meeting of patient needs. Furthermore they will also be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate high quality patient care.

The position will focus on promoting and maintain good working and inter-personal relationships with management / patients / staff / visitors / doctors and colleagues.

Co-ordination of nursing service activities with other departments. Co-ordination of all working activities to accommodate normal hospital routine. Ensure that all documentation is maintained timeously and accurately, reflecting patient care. Ensure all stock is charged appropriately and assistance with file compilation.

Requirements:

Enrolled nurse qualification
Must be SANC Registered as an Enrolled Nurse
A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse
Must reside close to Cape Town City and be able to at times work extended hours, weekend and evening shifts
