    Description

    The Job

    You will be responsible for :

    • Managing the GL reporting and processing of journals.
    • Maintaining fixed assets register.
    • Liaising with AR/AP teams on month-end closing activities.
    • Timely and accurate month end closing and monthly reporting.
    • Liaising with auditors and preparing audit schedules.

    The Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Accountant (General Ledger) or Professor / Lecturer role, ideally within the Education industry.
    • You have working knowledge of administration and microsoft office
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
    • You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
