SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER to an established and highly successful Franchised Dealership who requires the services of a Dealership Finance and Insurance Business Manager

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 Years' Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
Must be able to handle an average of 20 New and PreOwned units per month
Must be able to perform against Targets
Grade 12 | Matric Certificate
NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
RE Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
NCA Accreditation (LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENT)
CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
COB Completed
Uptodate knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
