    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Linux engineer to join our AWS Support EC2 Linux technical domain. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will provide high-quality technical solutions to help customers achieve their business goals. You will dive deep into complex questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

    About the Role

    This role supports customer compute-focused services on AWS such as EC2 Linux. The ideal candidate will assist customers with workload migration to AWS, general and architectural support. Advanced Linux and Networking skills are required, along with a high level of proficiency in Linux and Network administration in an enterprise level.

    Key Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for solving customer cases through various contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, and working with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue. You will also drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 4+ years of technical support experience
    • Experience in network and operating system support
    • Experience with networking and troubleshooting at an advanced level
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
