    **Descripció de la feina:**

    Ens busquem un professional que tracti amb textures i acabats per crear productes d'alta qualitat. Es necessari tenir coneixements en els camps dels materials, la textura i l'estètica. La feina consisteix a identificar les característiques principals dels materials i aplicar-les en el projecte.

    **Salari:** 50.000 €/any

     

    Descripció detallada de la feina:

    El càrrec inclou la gestió dels processos de producció i control dels materials, així com la supervisió de la fabricació per garantir que es compleixin els estàndards de qualitat. Cal tenir coneixement dels protocols de producció i capacitat per analitzar les proves i efectuar ajustaments necessaris.

    Cal aportar propostes alternatives per millorar els processos actuals i reduir costos sense comprometre la qualitat. També cal treballar en equip per desenvolupar solucions creatives per al disseny i la producció.

    En aquest càrrec, també s'inclouen tasques administratives, com ara gestionar inventaris i realitzar ràstres de producció. Liderarà un equip per assegurar-se que tots els membres siguin conscient dels objectius i responsabilitats individuals.

    Per desempenyar aquesta funció cal comptar amb experiència prèvia en la indústria de la construcció o bé haver realitzat estudis relacionats amb les tecnologies constructives. A més a més, és necessària una bona comprensió de les normes i regulacions rellevants per a la indústria.

    És important destacar que la feina es realitzarà en un entorn dinàmic i sempre canviant, per la qual cosa és imprescindible ser capaç d'adaptar-se als canvis en curs.
