    Job Title: Policy Administrator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide support and services to internal and external stakeholders related to policy administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous service to customers within agreed service level agreements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive product sales based on customer coverage and engage with relevant stakeholders to upsell the product.
    • Adhere to organisational values and service standards, interacting with customers in a professional manner.
    • Ensure first time resolution of customer queries or complaints.
    • Take ownership of requirements and follow up on queries handed over to other parties to ensure delivery on agreed timelines and Service Level Agreements.
    • Meet set turnaround times while maintaining own availability, reliability, and accuracy.
    • Propose improvements on internal processes impacting service levels and customer satisfaction.
    • Understand customer losses and collaborate with Insurer, customer, and relevant stakeholders on suggestions to manage portfolio.
    • Provide relevant guidance and advice to customers, ensuring full understanding of their needs.
    • Collect and analyse feedback to enhance customer service.
    • Establish relationships with relevant individuals and departments to deliver on work expectations.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in Commercial and Personal Lines.
    • Relevant Diploma and/or a tertiary Degree.
    • RE 5 Certificate.
    • DOFA statement (dated not longer than 3 months).
    • Copies of qualifications completed.
    • Product specific training.
    • Certificates for CPD hours completed (3-year cycle).
