    A key contract position has become available for a skilled Business Analyst to join the technology department of one of our leading banking sector clients at SpecD Pte Ltd.

    Job Title: Business Analyst
    Employment Type: 3 Months – Remote Employment Contract, (Renewable)

    Duties & Responsibilities

    The primary role of the Business Analyst is to facilitate collaboration between business and cross-functional teams in understanding, analyzing, and documenting relevant business functions and requirements.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Gathering Requirements from Business:
      Create enabling documentation, including Business Requirement Definition, User Stories, and User Acceptance Criteria.
    • Defining Functional Solutions:
      Develop solutions that align with organizational needs.
    • Tracking Requirements Throughout Project Lifecycle:
      Monitor requirements from initiation to implementation.
    • Translating Requirements into User Acceptance Criteria:
      Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
    • Providing Inputs to Partners During Project Lifecycle:
      Review Technical Solution Specifications prepared by System Analysts and development teams.
    • Plan & Organise:
      Prepare for requirements elicitation, conduct elicitation activities, document, and confirm results.
    • As Part of Requirements Analysis:
      Organize and prioritize requirements, specify and model requirements using organizational methodology, determine assumptions and constraints, verify requirements for correctness, validate proposed solutions, and assess deployed solutions.
    • Work with Business Leaders to Identify and Implement Strategic Initiatives:
      Bring initiatives from concept to implementation.
    • Deliver & Support:
      Create requirements packages, communicate with solution teams, trace requirements, perform impact analysis, facilitate ongoing use of requirements, contribute to Test Plans, identify and document business risk, provide implementation support, and promote enterprise consistency of business models.

    Background and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • PASA accreditation is preferable.
    • At least 3 years of experience in the credit card business.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Experience with digital channels.
    • SalesForce and Marketing Cloud experience is preferred.

    Desirable Skills:

    • CRM, Leads, and Sales Generation Experience.

    Package & Remuneration:

    • Agreed based on qualifications, applicable banking experience, and previous earnings.

    Hourly rate will be discussed during the interview process.
