Sales Representative - Gauteng, South Africa - The Brand Guyz

Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be expected to reach sales targets by working collaboratively with our marketing, customer service, and logistics teams.

A deep understanding of the Retail, On-Trade, Off Trade, Forecourts and Tobacconists landscape and strong network of contacts across the industry would be an added advantage for this role.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain longterm relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Develop new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and expand our customer base.
• Study the market and consumer trends to adjust our sales strategies accordingly.
• Liaise with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management to evaluate sales performance.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for the products.
• Ensure that the company's products are visible, priced correctly, merchandised correctly and wellpositioned across all channels.
• Negotiate sales deals and exchange agreements with clients according to established procedures.
• Work with logistics team to ensure products reach clients in an efficient and timely manner.
• Book and attend promotions and Events on a regular basis.
