    Description

    Job Title: JNR Engineering Manager - Mechanical with Hydraulic Experience

    We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in hydraulic systems to manage our engineering department.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
    • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software;
    • In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, including design, testing, and maintenance;
    • Proven managerial experience, preferably in the engineering industry;
    • Ability to provide technical advice to customers and colleagues;
    • Site visits to ensure project delivery and quality control;
    • Internal training to enhance the skills of fellow colleagues;
    • Testing and validation of hydraulic components and systems;
    • Leadership and management of projects from conception to completion;
    • Oversight of the engineering department, ensuring efficient operations and productivity;
    • Clean criminal and credit record, subject to verification.

    • Relevant work experience in hydraulic systems and engineering management;
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example;
