Requirements:
- A relevant B Tech or First Degree qualification (e.g. Landscape
Environment, relevant to the Facility Management discipline.
- 8 years' relevant experience at an appropriate level in a facility
management skills, sound knowledge of relevant legislation and
- At least five (5) years' appropriate supervisory experience.
- Relevant experience in a contract management environment in
- Relevant experience in a supply chain management demand
- Prepared to work weekends and public holidays
- Must be physically fit.
- A valid code B/EB drivers' licence and availability of own motor
Key Performance Areas
- Manage the human, physical and financial resources for the
educational, recreational and event services at the Green Point
Park, Green Point Athletic Stadium and any other assets of the
portfolio.
- Participate in the development of the annual business plan;
implement service delivery maintenance schedules; ensuring
retail, commercial and event spaces are well maintained;
managing on-site staff; manage the need for external service
providers; oversee development and implementation of
biodiversity garden; implement water demand initiatives;
reporting to the technical committee.
- Facilitation of projects and visitor services
- Supervise public interface functions
- Customer relationship management, by liaising with stakeholders
maintenance and networks with service providers.
