    The successful candidate will be responsible for buying and selling land and top structures within the designated area. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, contract negotiation, and providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers while maintaining brand exposure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for buying or selling properties.
    • Market Insights: Inform clients about current market conditions, property prices, and mortgage options.
    • Competitive Advantage: Market our competitive prices by comparing similar properties and highlighting our extensive range of facilities.
    • Property Listings: Create detailed lists of properties featuring location, features, square footage, and other relevant information.
    • Property Showings: Showcase properties to potential buyers.
    • Offer Presentations: Present offers to sellers.
    • Negotiation: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
    • Contract Review: Review contracts to ensure terms are being met.
    • Marketing Efforts: Promote properties through adverts, listings, and open houses.

    Requirements

    • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer software and technology.
    • Real Estate Skills: Possess Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate skills (NQF4 / PDE4/Full Status).
    • Contract Negotiation: Experienced in contract negotiation and customer service.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
    • Certifications: Hold a Real Estate License or Certification – FFC registered with PPRA.

    Desirable Skills

    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
