    Main Responsibilities:

    • Engage with new customers through networking, cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation techniques.
    • Utilize tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support sales efforts.
    • Sell the company's products and services by establishing relationships and recommending tailored solutions.
    • Develop proposals that meet client goals, including budgets and timelines.

    Ongoing Responsibilities:

    • Maintain relationships with ongoing prospects by providing support, information, and guidance.
    • Research and recommend relevant new opportunities and service improvements.
    • Manage pipelines for reporting purposes and productivity analysis.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members in developing prospecting strategies.
    • Answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced colleagues.

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills, including speaking and writing.
    • Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
    • Persuasive manner.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
    • Self-motivated and driven to pursue targets.
    • Persistent and able to follow up consistently using various mediums.
    • Resilient and able to withstand rejection and stay calm under pressure.

    Desired Experience:

    • Fluent Swedish speaker.
    • Satisfactory High School and/or University results.
    • At least 3 years of previous sales experience with demonstrable results.
    • Cold calling experience is a prerequisite.

    Work Arrangements:

    Flexible work arrangements available: 3 days in office / 2 days home-based if desired.
