Description
We are looking for a dynamic advertising salesperson with proven experience to sell advertising space in our online publication. This is a hybrid post with 3 days in our Centurion offices in Gauteng.
This person needs to be a "hunter", someone who thrives on the challenge of finding and securing new clients and uncovering new business opportunities.
Advantageous:
- Proven track record in sales
- Media sales experience
- Experience in businesstobusiness advertising sales
- Experience using a CRM
- Digitally savvy
- Experience dealing with agencies
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising
Requirements:
- Must be selfdriven and able to meet targets and strict deadlines.
- At least two to five years' experience in the sale of advertising space in the online environment.
- Excellent proficiency in English is a must.
- Excellent phone manners and coldcalling skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Team player.
- Must be computer literate. Good Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of IT and/or the IT media industry will be advantageous.
Salary:
R5, R15,000.00 per month
Experience:
