Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) 2 for Pretoria and 2 for Gauteng

These roles are responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant business to achieve sustainable sales and profits through effective leadership.

Creating an inclusive culture that inspires the heart, drives results, and ensures that every customer has an exceptional experience & product.

The RGM drives and ensures the below responsibilities,

Exceeding customer expectations for Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product and Speed of Service
Forecast and schedule labour
Implementation of controls and procedures to protect the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and company funds
Manage Stock and Cost Controls
Maximise Sales and Profitability
Achieve Business Scorecard Targets
Manage Local Store Marketing activities
Employee Recruitment
Training and Development
Demonstrate the How We Win Together at KFC principles
Leadership with Heart, Smart and Courage

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB
Prior supervisory and managerial experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Industry. Proficiency in English, Numeracy and Computer Literacy. Financial Acumen, Grade 12 NQF Level 4 and preferably a suitably related tertiary qualification. A passion for product quality and the customer service experience

Salary:
R10, R12,000.00 per month
