Description
As an Executive Search and Career Consultant specializing in the niche market of Supply Chain, I
represent some of the top leaders and am called upon by blue chip organizations in the country to
secure talent and assist them in building high performance teams.

A leading Consulting company is looking for a Demand Planner to be based at their office in Pretoria.
Hybrid working is an option, if located in Gauteng as attending meetings in Pretoria is necessary.

The successful incumbent is to provide provincial and national customers with a demand forecast
and the cash up thereof, on a short, medium and long term basis so that business decisions can be
made and to support the health product value chain planning requirements.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • BEng (Industrial) / BCom Quantitative Management and Logistics, or similar
  • An orientation towards the quantitative disciplines in mathematics, statistics and economics
would be advantageous

  • Further Supply Chain qualification is desirable

Minimum Experience:


  • 810 years' experience in a Demand Management role
  • 35 years' experience in leading a team
  • Experience with ERP system an advantage
  • Work experience in FMCG supply chain environment an advantage
  • Demonstrated capability to work with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated analytical and root causing capability
  • Advanced Excel skills
