Kendrick Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join a team at a reputable 4-star hotel in Durban.

If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanour, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this position is perfect for you

Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional approach when interacting with guests.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset to anticipate guests' needs.
Proficiency in using hotel reservation and front desk software.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary on offer between R6,000 - R8,000 depending on experience with no additional benefits at this time.
