    Job Title: Creditors Manager

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Creditors Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable cycle. This is a key role that requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the creditors team and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, reconciliations, and supplier relationships.
    • Implement and maintain strict controls to ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
    • Engage with Senior Management through presentations and meetings to provide regular feedback on payments and financial liabilities.

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years' experience as a Creditors Manager.
    • Strong management skills to manage a team of 3 clerks.
    • Experience with banking systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Excel, including macros, lookups, and pivot tables.
    • Ability to compile reports using PowerPoint.
    • Effective use of company dashboards.
    • Clear Criminal Record and ITC Checks required.
    • Previous experience reporting into senior management.
