    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Web Developer to join our client in the Retail Industry. As the Team Lead Web Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of web developers and overseeing the development and maintenance of web applications for our client's retail business. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Executing full lifecycle software development (SDLC)
    • Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
    • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
    • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
    • Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
    • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design,
      develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on primarily Microsoft
      technologies and LAMP stack.
    • Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories,
      estimates and work plans.
    • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of
      software.
    • Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
    • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related cod

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
    • Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a track record of successful web development projects
    • Knowledge of coding languages, systems, patterns, and methodologies:
      - C#
      - MS SQL; T-SQL
      - Web API 2 / Core & Rest web services
      - .NET Core
      - ASP.Net
      - WinForms; UWP
      - Entity Framework 6+
      - Entity Framework Core
      - LINQ
      - SSRS
      - MVC
      - MSSQL Server
      - HTML 5
      - PHP
      - WordPress
      - WooCommerce (Dokan a plus)
      - MySQL
      - JavaScript
      - Git
      - JIRA
    • Understanding of retail industry processes and best practices
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
