NEWMARK "EMPLOYER BRAND" MANAGEMENT
- Work with Newmark Leadership and Marketing to translate the Vision and Culture into a social media "employer brand" campaign for Linked-In and any other relevant social media platforms
- Design this social media strategy to manage a "best to work for" reputation based on telling the on the ground positive leadership and team member growth stories
- Capitalize on this brand reputation to attract and access top skills in the industry
CREATE AND BUILD A NEWMARK APPLICANT/ TALENT DATABASE

RECRUITMENT STANDARDS AND QC THEROF ACROSS THE PORTFOLIO
- Develop a recruitment SOP and guideline for all management teams to follow when recruiting team members
- Work closely with the teams to ensure standards are achieved
- Actively lead the recruitment of GM's and senior managers across the portfolio
ASSESSMENTS, CHECKS & REFERENCES
- Set the standard for the appropriate level of psychometric testing for senior appointments across the portfolio
- Set the standard for the appropriate checks and references as minimum standard for all recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong specialist recruitment experience and skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ideally a psychometrist
- Critical thinker
