**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

NEWMARK "EMPLOYER BRAND" MANAGEMENT

  • Work with Newmark Leadership and Marketing to translate the Vision and Culture into a social media "employer brand" campaign for Linked-In and any other relevant social media platforms
  • Design this social media strategy to manage a "best to work for" reputation based on telling the on the ground positive leadership and team member growth stories
  • Capitalize on this brand reputation to attract and access top skills in the industry

CREATE AND BUILD A NEWMARK APPLICANT/ TALENT DATABASE

RECRUITMENT STANDARDS AND QC THEROF ACROSS THE PORTFOLIO

  • Develop a recruitment SOP and guideline for all management teams to follow when recruiting team members
  • Work closely with the teams to ensure standards are achieved
  • Actively lead the recruitment of GM's and senior managers across the portfolio

ASSESSMENTS, CHECKS & REFERENCES

  • Set the standard for the appropriate level of psychometric testing for senior appointments across the portfolio
  • Set the standard for the appropriate checks and references as minimum standard for all recruitment

  • Strong specialist recruitment experience and skills

  • Ideally a psychometrist

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Experience:


  • Specialist recruitment: 5 years (preferred)
- psychometry assessment: 2 years (preferred)
