Finance Administrator Vacancy

Industry - Marble & Granite Manufacturer

Location - East Rand - Kempton Park

Position - Finance Administrator

Employment Type - Full Time


Requirements - Relevant Accounting Diploma with 7 years' experience in Creditors and Debtors,
Minimum 5 years' experience in SAGE Evolution (essential) Experience in manufacturing and strong costing knowledge.

Analytical and accurate processing. Strong attention to detail. The Administrator gathers, analyses, and interprets relevant financial data, and evaluates and optimizes financial controls and procedures.

Finance Administrator responsibilities include maintaining financial records, monitoring the Company's financial health, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting policies and laws.

Knowledge of local and foreign creditors payments (import and exports) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with strict deadlines Strong accounting background (essential)

Duties - Processing, validating and reconciling of supplier invoices

Monthly supplier reconciliation

Preparation of monthly payments

Maintaining accurate records of all transactions

Perform balance sheet reconciliations

Processing transactions up to trail balance

Ad-hoc finance duties as required.

Salary - Negotiable

Commencement - ASAP


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
