Serviced Office Centre Manager - Claremont, South Africa - Continuum Personnel Services
Description
We are currently looking for a well spoken and presentable office manager with hospitality background.Duties:
- Office Administration
- Highly customer service orientated and able to uphold customer satisfaction at all times
- Welcoming new clients
- Attract new clients
- Drafting lease agreements and setting up accounts.
- Tenant portfolio management
- Handling accounts and invoicing
- Ensuring that the office is in pristine condition at all times
- Liaison with suppliers and contractors
- Managing renovations and facilities maintenance contractors
- Setting up office automation user accounts
- Managing staff
- Maintain Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in Hospitality Essential ie: ( Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager etc)
- Must reside in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town
- Strong Administrative skills and able to multitask
- Manage operations in fast paced environment
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in bookings
- Presentable and well spoken
- Experience in operating busy switchboard with multiple extensions may be required.
- Own Vehicle Essential
