We are currently looking for a well spoken and presentable office manager with hospitality background.


Duties:


  • Office Administration
  • Highly customer service orientated and able to uphold customer satisfaction at all times
  • Welcoming new clients
  • Attract new clients
  • Drafting lease agreements and setting up accounts.
  • Tenant portfolio management
  • Handling accounts and invoicing
  • Ensuring that the office is in pristine condition at all times
  • Liaison with suppliers and contractors
  • Managing renovations and facilities maintenance contractors
  • Setting up office automation user accounts
  • Managing staff
  • Maintain Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:


  • Experience in Hospitality Essential ie: ( Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager etc)
  • Must reside in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town
  • Strong Administrative skills and able to multitask
  • Manage operations in fast paced environment
  • Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in bookings
  • Presentable and well spoken
  • Experience in operating busy switchboard with multiple extensions may be required.
  • Own Vehicle Essential
