BRANCH MANAGER - ROODEPOORT

The Trailer Boys is a trailer rental company. The Branch Managers is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day running of the branch. This includes sales, staff, and resources which in our case is the trailers.

The Branch Managers role is to run the branch successfully.

Working in the yard and office, they are in constant contact with their customers and staff, ultimately ensuring a professional and excellent customer service while at the same time focusing on the financial side of the business.

Recruit, Train, Supervise and Appraise Staff,
Daily Planning
Promote and Market the business,
Provide a high quality Professional Customer Service,
Deal with customer queries and complaints in order to resolve them amicably,
Execute daily, weekly and monthly checklists accurately and comprehensively in accordance with our list of "Golden Rules",
Follow office Procedures to execute all four aspects of the business namely Rentals, Sales, Service & Repairs, and Spares in a consistent and professional manner, thereby satisfying customer demand,
Follow backoffice procedures like:
Monthly Spares Stock Take,
Weekly Reorder lists,
Weekly Trailer Maintenance,
Weekly Office Stock Take,
Weekly Tools Stock Take.
Maximise Profitability by meeting or exceeding income and turnover targets,
Ensuring compliance with HEALTH AND SAFETY legislation.
His/Her OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORT,
MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED and a SELF-STARTER,
Have EXCELLENT MANAGERIAL Skills,
Have EXCELLENT IT skills,
Have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT Skills,
Be Enthusiastic,
Be Confident,
Be a Team Player, and
Have Good Organisational Skills,
2 Year Minimum managerial Experience

The starting
Remuneration Package is R15,000 pm
