    Logistics Coordinator Role at hr-genie

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in coordinating supply chain and transportation processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring seamless delivery schedules align with production and sales plans.

    • Liaise with transporters, warehouses, and other service providers to manage logistics activities efficiently.

    • Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival, resolve any transportation delays, and maintain accurate inventory records.

    • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and inventory records in accordance with relevant regulations.

    • Manage import/export processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • Communicate effectively with internal departments to align delivery schedules with business objectives.

    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency, reducing costs and improving overall performance.

    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries related to logistics and delivery in a professional and timely manner.

    • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using similar tools and technologies.

    • Understanding of supply chain processes and transportation management principles, with a focus on continuous improvement.

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination role, with a strong background in managing complex logistics operations.

    • Experience with import/export processes is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with inventory management and customs procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of logistics principles and practices.
