Job Description:

Professionally Communicating with end users and managers
Diagnosing and resolving technology issues successfully via the IT Service Desk.
Installing and maintaining new hardware and software.

Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.

Ensure timeous feedback, escalations & resolution

Qualifications:

Education
Matric, Relevant IT Technical Certifications Preferred IT Diploma/ Microsoft Certified System Engineer, A+, N+, Scripting Certification Experience

2 years' experience in a Desktop support role
