    Description
    FORMAL EDUCATION:
    • Matric
    • Relevant tertiary qualification (will be an advantage)

    EXPERIENCE:
    • 5 + years Recruitment and Selection experience
    • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on business development is essential
    • Previous experience with a recruitment agency is required
    • 360 recruitment experience
    • Placement Partner experience required
    • Proven track record of relevant placements made
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
    • Ability to match skills according to client needs within the required time frame
    • Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure
    • Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
    • Strong approach to administrative tasks
    • ICT recruitment/ sourcing experience will be an advantage

    TECHNICAL / LEGAL CERTIFICATION
    • APSO registration (advantageous)


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
    • Understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and delivering on commitments.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.

  • Sourcing:
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, referrals, and social media, to identify and attract top talent.
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Recruitment Strategy:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and candidate evaluation.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
