Responsibilities:
Supporting Customers

Upkeep policies and procedures
- Understanding customers and markets reporting requirements
- Ensure POD recovery process is effectively managed
- Customer claims are investigated and resolved with the relevant stakeholders
- Create a tracker for NCR's and ensure that each is closed out
- Update and maintain daily commercial data tracking against AOP
- Oversee weekly customer engagement
- Proactive reporting on customer orders and service levesl weekly / monthly
- Implement formal feedback on a Monthly basis with all the key staekholders
- Create and measure a longer term programme targeted at customer satisfaction
- Break down silo's and ensure cross functional feedback regarding overall performance and opportunities (ie Claims, Financial Status, monthly performance and key corrective actions)
- Communication to customers on risks, opportunities, new developments and changes being implemented
- Coordinate logistics projects / initiatives with internal / external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Knowledge/Skills
- 3 year Tertiary Qualification
- Computer literacy in Ms Office & SAP
- Good communication skills
Experience
Year's Experience in the supply chain / customer relationship (preferably exports)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior product knowledge
- A team player with leadership skills
- A positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Project management
