    Description

    The successful incumbent's duties would include but would not be limited to the below:

    • Workforce Management
    • Service Delivery
    • Consistent discipline of workforce and Administration thereof
    • Assist in training of new employees
    • Manage of workforce attendance
    • Meet the staff requirements
    • Manage the workforce to the client's satisfaction and expectation
    • Leave administration of workforce
    • Report to management daily before the end of the shift
    • Management of all driver's licences and PRDP's
    • Staff Data Management
    • Process Maintenance

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Minimum of at least 3 years experience in a similar role with the core focus of managing of at least 20 employees
    • Grade 12 or any qualification equivalent thereto
    • Relevant computer software and skills (Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook)
    • Relevant Road Traffic legislation
    • Labour Legislation
    • Main Agreement of the National Bargaining Council
    • Health and Safety Legislation and Procedures
    • Basic understanding of technical operations of vehicles and equipment used
