Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospect, identify, and approach potential business buyers to introduce TradeFed's platform.
  • Conduct facetoface meetings with potential clients to understand their procurement needs and demonstrate the benefits of using TradeFed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to own transportation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
