Retail Area Manager - Western Cape

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail Area Manager to oversee operations in the Western Cape region, encompassing the Garden Route, City Centre, West Coast, Overberg, and Winelands.

Key Responsibilities:

Effective management of retail operations across the designated area, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
Fostering an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service delivery.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales growth and profitability.
Regular store visits and audits to maintain high standards.
Providing comprehensive training and support to store managers, empowering them to excel in their roles.

Required Qualifications:

A Matric certificate accompanied by a relevant Bachelor's degree or National Diploma.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for frequent travel.

This role requires extensive travel throughout the region. A competitive bonus incentive and commission structure are available for eligible candidates.
