Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sales Consultant to represent our client as a brand ambassador in the metal industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships, providing sales services and contributing to business growth.
Service existing customers according to predetermined schedules, updating their information as needed.
Achieve sales targets, delivering on sales reports and maintaining credit control through payment collections.
Actively seek new customers through networking and cold calls, developing the sales territory including Umbilo, Jacobs, and Isipingo areas.

Essential Skills:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry, preferably with knowledge of the metal industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (Afrikaans is an asset).
Ability to manage accounts, build long-lasting client relationships and maintain a clear criminal and credit history.
Valid driver's license and South African citizenship required. Residency within Durban City or a 20 km radius preferred.

Qualifications:

Matric (or equivalent) qualification necessary.
