As part of our brilliant & talented Brambles Data & Analytics team, you will lead the development of delivery methodologies, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful implementation of data science projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Team Management:
      • Guide, motivate, and support the team towards achieving project goals.
      • Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
    • Project Management:
      • Manage project dynamics using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
      • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
      • Communicate project status, risks, and achievements clearly and consistently.
    • Translation of Analytics:
      • Bridge the gap between business goals and advanced analytics possibilities.
      • Define analytical use cases and translate business needs into data and analytical requirements.
    • Process Improvement and Innovation:
      • Continuously identify and implement improvements in project delivery processes.
      • Encourage innovation and experimentation within teams.
    • Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
      • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
      • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: Relevant qualifications such as PSM1/CSM/A-CSM, PSPO1/CSPO/A-CSPO, ICP, ICP-APM, PMBOK, or BABOK.
    • Extensive Experience: Proven track record in project management, business analysis, and Agile implementation.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools.
    • Leadership and Mentorship: Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support the team.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
