Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and control the restaurant's budget, including forecasting and reporting.
- Analyze financial data to determine opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Recruit, hire, and train personnel.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds customer service standards.
