Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for your area of responsibility as communicated to you by the Regional Manager.

Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.


Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.


Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Generating leads.

Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

Managing in store promoters and merchandisers (
by motivating and coaching store promoters in regard to sales techniques, product knowledge & brand awareness.)

Qualifications & Experience:


2 4+ year current experience as a Sales Rep Experience in the
FMCG Retail Industry (_Checkers/Shoprite, Pick & Pay Hyper, PnP Corporate, PnP Family and SPAR Accounts an advantage_).

2 + year current experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads in the
FMCG Retail Industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
