    Main Purpose of the Role

    We are seeking an energetic individual with a passion for sales who thrives in a team environment. The successful candidate will be driven to achieve volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets set by the dealership and manufacturer.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 certificate
    • A qualification in sales and/or marketing is advantageous
    • At least 2 years of new vehicle sales experience
    • A valid driver's license
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service
    • A target-driven approach
    • A clear criminal record
    • Proficiency in computer applications
    • A team-oriented mindset

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identifying potential customers
    • Fostering leads until a sale is finalized
    • Assessing customer suitability
    • Gathering necessary documentation and submitting it to the F&I office for financing and upselling opportunities
    • Ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery, including installing accessories as needed
    • Delivering vehicles to customers
    • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase
