Property Receptionist and Front of Office

Mowbray


Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience within the Property Sector either in rental / sales / development
  • 4+ years' Receptionist or Front of Office experience
  • Matriculation + further tertiary studies highly beneficial
R12 000 basic negotiable and dependent on experience


Responsibilities will include:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to the correct department
  • Provide basic and accurate information to inquiries
  • Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate office / person
  • Ensure proficient housekeeping of the reception area
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the offices
  • Ordering of office supplies and ensure efficient inventory of stock
  • Updating of calendars and schedule meetings for the boardrooms
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • General filing and photocopying
