Well-established supplier of a diverse range of stationery and gifting products to major retail chains seeks experienced Sales Representative with at least 5 years solid sales experience, preferably from a FMCG environment.

Oversee the smooth operation of various retail stores within Pietermaritzburg and Midlands area and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Control and monitor fixtures, monitor stores monthly sales and growth, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure that all listed products are ordered and displayed in applicable stores.

Responsible for ordering and follow-up of all seasonal and everyday stock, actively liaise with internal and external customers and address complaints within all stores.

Coach Merchandisers, planning, assigning, and directing work disciplining merchandisers.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma
5 years solid sales experience, ideally in FMCG environment, with proven sales track record
Valid driver's licence
Computer skills in Word and Excel
Cell phone
Neat and presentable
Wellspoken with negotiating skills
