The Applicate must be able to Draft Legal documents for the Magistrates court within the debt review process.
Ensure that matters are issued, served and instructions sent to the selected attorney, assist attorney with all the information needed to ensure that the court order is granted.
Experience on Simplicity will be an advantage.
- Updating Simplicity & other systems.
- Assist with Legal Queries (Section 129, Summons & Default Judgment)
- Attending to Granted Orders
- Negotiate with Attorneys
- Contact consumer for outstanding documents and keeping the consumers updated on the process.
- Must have good verbal and written skills, be a team player and able to work under pressure while paying attention to detail.

Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
From R4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Roodepoort, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Legal Debt Review: 2 years (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 2023/05/24
