Summary of this opportunity:

This role is most suited for a well groomed Senior Contracts Manager who has a proven track record of working with the Tender process management; Indirect costs compilations (P&G costs/Resource management); Construction Programs/Schedules and Planning of various; Projects on CCS/Candy systems; Contract Administration; Document control management; Procurement management


Educational requirement:

Professional Construction Manager Pr.
CM status is preferred
Must have firm CCS skills
Must have a formal building degree or diploma


Project experience required:

15+ years experience managing large construction projects with minimum contractual values of R80 million
