• FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate)
• NQF4 (Real Estate)

• Drivers License

• Managing your own diary and attending all valuation and viewings appointments.
• Agents are responsible for signing sales mandates with clients, managing individual relationships, and negotiating transactions.
• Agents are responsible for their own specific geographical area and choosing their own working day, with the freedom to conducting business irrespective of area.
• Our Agents have access to Personalised Dashboard, marketing, and supporting systems.
• Motivation by exceeding expectations whilst keeping the customer's interests at the heart of every action
• Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
• Must have own transport, computer and cell phone
• Strong negation and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of local property/trends
• Selfmotivated and deadlinedriven
• Time Management
• Operating with integrity
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset is critical.
• Prospective agents should have the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Agents must maintain structure daily and be disciplined about completing tasks.
• Remuneration: Commission Only 70/30 or 80/20 split depending on experience.
