Job Advert Summary:

Responsible for sale of Service and Maintenance plan products through Super Group dealerships

  • Prepare and present products to sales and marketing teams at dealerships:
  • New and used vehicle sales staff
  • Prepare and present detailed information (figures, facts & statistics) for:
  • Extended plans (New & Used Vehicles)
  • New plans (New & Used Vehicles)
  • Call on dealerships regularly to determine effectiveness/value of product
  • Plan and rollout Roadshows for product introduction and training countrywide
  • Track and monitor sales records sales using sales tracking tools/systems
  • Followup on sales staff to determine establish progress or queries
  • Prepare and present reports to management on progress

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years Business Administration experience required

  • Knowledge and understanding of the value chain in contract delivery
  • Project Management

Required Qualifications:

  • Grade 1
  • Equivalent qualification
  • Business Diploma
  • Additional qualification will be an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

Led Product Development of MotoCure Product - Conceptualised the Moto

Cure Product:

from idea to product - Create Vision, Mission and Values for MotoCure - Create process flows documents for all aspects of MotoCure - Strategically create all marketing material for MotoCure product: product video, brochures, website, social media advertising, etc.

- Provide input into development of pricing models system - Work closely with GroupIT to develop, implement and manage internal systems set-up, Supervision ongoing - Produce training material for both internal and external trainings - Facilitate training for both internal and external customers - Plan and execute marketing events for MotoCure product: dealership roadshows, customer brand activation events, internal marketing events, social media campaigns - Gather market research on automotive market trends, customer behavior, sales and competitors in order to correctly position MotoCure product in the market Contract Management - Customer Liaison - Complete all contract loading on SV, sales invoicing, commission pay-outs, and call-center activities for the MotoCure Brand.
