    Description
    Main Responsibilities:
    • Prepare for the arrival of customers.
    • Provide initial consultation and care for customers upon arrival.
    • Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details are entered into the system.
    • Update the Dealer Management System, track all vehicles, and update control systems.
    • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process.
    • Ensure accurate invoice payments.
    • Conduct vehicle handovers.
    • Follow up with customers and provide reminders.
    Educational Qualifications: Senior Certificate Grade 12

    Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience in a Dealership
    • Computer literate (Office Suite)
    • Drivers license and own transport
    Advantageous Requirements:
    • Motor dealership (technical experience)
    • Technical Qualification
    • Certificated Service Advisor Training Completed
